The Italian rider finished FP2 with a time of 1&#8217;48.736, which earned him second place in the combined standings.<\/p>\n<p>It was also a solid Friday for&nbsp;<strong>\u00c1lvaro Bautista<\/strong>, who won both the Superpole Race and Race 2 at Motorland Aragon last year. The Spanish rider finished fifth in the combined standings after improving his FP1 time by almost three tenths of a second in the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nicol\u00f2 Bulega (Aruba.it Racing \u2013 Ducati #11)<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>&#8220;I&#8217;m quite satisfied with how things went today. Of course, I couldn&#8217;t say it was the best Friday of the season, but we still managed to do a good job between FP1 and FP2, which allowed us to improve. We&#8217;re still missing something, but we&#8217;re confident we can take another step forward tomorrow&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing \u2013 Ducati #19)<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>&#8220;It was a positive Friday. During this season, we&#8217;ve often had to chase a good feeling in free practice. Today, however, I immediately felt good on the bike, and this allowed us to work on the details.
